Founded in 1999 and incorporated as Dynamic Service Solutions in 2010, DSS was established to provide engineering, social impact, and project management services that support critical operations and innovative technology. We are a rapid-response company that finds the best solutions for the most complex problems.

We have been a trusted partner to domestic and global government and private-sector clients — including Verizon, FEMA, the University of the Virgin Islands, Health and Human Services, Jacobs Engineering, and the Department of War.

What began as a power-systems engineering firm — conducting gas-turbine inspections and grid construction in austere overseas environments, and training the USACE Gulf Region Division, the U.S. Army's 249th Engineer Battalion, and Iraq's Ministry of Electricity in electrical safety — has grown into a federal human-services operator. Since our first Office of Refugee Resettlement emergency-shelter task order in 2017, DSS has built a licensed, multi-site residential care program for unaccompanied children across three Houston facilities, with nine consecutive years of continuous performance.
