Our organization was founded in 1999, and incorporated as Dynamic Service Solutions (DSS) in 2010. We were established to provide engineering, social impact, and project management services to support critical operations and innovative technology. Over the years, we have been a trusted partner to both domestic and global government and private sector clients including Verizon, FEMA, University of the Virgin Islands, Health and Human Services, as well as the Department of Defense.
